I'm Bec, a stay at home mum with dreams of grandeur. My husband, Iz, is a wonderful hardworking man. We are both passionate, forward moving, goal oriented people. BAB HOUSE was born out of necessity. We were running low on funds one week and had to purchase presents for a twin girls birthday party. Iz and I looked at each other and decided that we'd make something. Iz went to his workshop while I went to pinterest, I searched for 'wooden toys' and fell in love with what the Pinterest world had to offer. Iz made up two wooden toy cameras. I took pictures and showed my mums group, they ALL loved them! We gifted the cameras, the kids and the parents loved them!! One thing led to another and voila, we have started selling them! In the past we ran a cupcake business for over 2 years. We rode the cupcake wave (so to speak) and did well. The difference in selling food and toys is so big. Food is very much immediate demand, whereas toys, you can stock pile and they will never go off. Wooden Toys are quite simply the best. I've had too many people be amazed about them to think otherwise.
